Thank you WIS users for your input this release. The following highlights describe what is new for the WIS this October. In addition to improvements made to the WIS, the BLM now has an online approval process. This process consists of an Email with attachments that include any conditions of approval (COA), and the approved copy of the submitted permit/report. Any issues that you feel have not been addressed can be submitted to the WIS Change Request system (WISCR). 

•  Treatment, Porous Zones, Formation Markers all print in the exact order they are typed on the Well Completion form.
•  Treatment description has been lengthened to use the entire space on the printed form.
• "Dry and Abandoned/Ready To Produce" appears on Well Completion.
• Up to 4 Producing intervals with corresponding test measurements on Well Completion Report.
• Plug Back and Bridge Plug shows up correctly on Well Completion Report.
•  Special mandatory/optional fields for injection and monitoring wells for Well Completion Report.
•  Forgot Password feature Emails your password to you.
•  Operator, Administrative Contact and Technical Contact information on form with open title that allows WIS user to specify what appears in signature block.
•  Various improvements to look and feel.
